This has to be one of the most horrible apps. not user-friendly whatsoever and a terrible prehistoric user interface. needs a complete overhaul. Unity Bank needs help with this immediately because they did not get this right.

Worst app ever. There is always a bug, you are always signed out of fingerprint. The app never works and has to be constantly un-installed and then reinstalled with no luck. Trying to bank black is difficult or bank small. One of the two.

Signed up for Zelle and CANNOT use it to recieve money since zelle redirects me to Unity's app download page (which is already installed). No way to access Zelle on Unity's website or app....wow. So zelle is completely useless to me because of the bank. As much as I've tried to give Unity the benefit of the doubt since it's black owned, TOO many mistakes have been made and this was the last straw....closing my account.
