App Pause provides an option to use Accessibility Services to detect when distracting apps are launched and trigger the app blocker. This ensures the pause screen works reliably to limit screen time. No personal data is ever collected or shared.

I've been looking for an app that would let me use the app then reminds me of how much I've been using it at that one time opening. Most apps just block your use after you've hit your limit but this app allows you to pause and decide if you want to continue or close, then let's you put a timer on how much you should only use it. So it actually helps you become more mindful of your time.

Does exactly what is needed and even more! ♥️ for my ADHD this exactly what was needed - increased friction when opening apps to battle automatic opening + kicking me off doom scrolling.

best app ever it's even better than apps that take money please don't make your app need money and make more profiles free because iam 15 and I use it best app and your app dont have limits on waiting i can make what ever i want wish you good luck 😃 but it don't work when I take the app that I wanted to wait to open it in split screen mode
