App works ok Does basics but you can't transfer money with it or do important things. Worst company ever. Watch your money and your customers. Most are great but I got suspended on a sunday when it's supposed to be closed. They took away over 8000.00 in customers and lied to me. There must be a better way. I broke my rear end to run this and make money and they left me stranded in California without warning. Undependable and uses unfair practices shippers beware!!!
I am a service provider with over 100 completed shipments and have multiple complaints. 1) "Oops something went wrong" error way too often, not depending on Wi-Fi or cell connection. 2) Typed in message disappears if I go back to the previous view to review shipment details, and I have to type it in all over again. 3) If Shipment title is over 50 chars, I cannot see full title!! 4) Shipment ID in app view must be a link to the web view, because important details are hidden in the app view, such as inventory listing for household moves, or their other listings. 5) Customers are unable to release payment until I mark "delivered". They are also unable to mark "delivered" on their app. This is often inconvenient at delivery point. 6) I want to be able to swipe away shipments that do not fit my route and equipment. We use the app on the road a lot and we need a way to hide unfit listings. 7) Web Shipment Estimator always sets wrong expectations and customer ends up frustrated because they expected to pay $350 for a $1000 job. 8) App shipment search needs more adjustments, such as "Max distance added 200 miles". 9) Website is so archaic I can't even fit all suggestions here!!
Very easy and productive First time using USHIP and I will use it again! Very easy to use and everything is done to get things done! Had no. Problems at all! Perfect Job!
I had a wonderful experience with them my puppy mahe it from fl to Arizona at reasonable price and the people who delivered him where great at keeping me informed the whole way
Wtf Why did I trust this app? Here I am without my motorcycle on its way. I paid for it, I communicated with the shipper, Nationwide vehicle transportation, he was going to pick it up on Friday night or Saturday. He said he was trying to figure out his route Friday during the day and then nothing. I've been trying to get ahold of him and I've tried to get ahold of USHIP and got an automated response that someone will contact me. If you do business on the weekends, you better have customer service on the weeken
It works What can I say? The app just works. Needed furniture moved from KY to OH. Got 5 bids and picked one which was not the lowest nor the highest and had a great experience.
