The only other thing I wish was possible with this app is to be reimbursed for loss mileage, When it is the customer's fault for having to cancel after already dispatching and/or arriving but not able to complete due to customer fault. There should be some type of compensation. But other than that, GREAT APP TO USE! Oh and The fee to the app from each Delivery is a bit much, but Because Uship is such a great platform and easy to use, I'll deal with it, for now... đ thank you

The app used to be really smooth. It needed a few minor improvements, but it was reliable. Since the update however, I can't spend 15 minutes at a time on the app because it freezes constantly. I also can no longer type additional messages to customers in the bid section. I'll click in the box at the bottom and it will pull my keyboard up for about 1 second, then close the keyboard. I know you developers are working hard on this and I appreciate your work. This is just frustrating as a shipper.

I have used them several times in the past to ship vehicles and have been extremely satisfied, great communication, great prices, and fast. Truley an example of technology benefiting the consumer. However...I must say this or service platform has taken a nose dive with service. App is literally dysfunctional. (Actually painful to use) I have tried several times to book a simple shipment and can't. Literally have an approved Uship hauler ready to go but can't connect the dots. It is a shame.
