Missleading navegation. Sent me suddenly to a different state location. Asked me suddenly for info. to enter, offering change of password but the email wirh the required pin doesnt arrive (yes, i Check in trash etc inboxes...) Etcetc. Frustrating laberinth. Will post better review when i see some needed changes! Please, we need this functioning.

I visited the office looking for help, they sent me a page to make it easy. It opened to the same site I had already been on. I called and asked for their IT professional, that was like just go to MyJ and it'll be ok. They told me later that I couldn't activate the App on a desktop. It still didn't work on my cell. I asked my daughter to help, she couldn't figure it out. Today Nov 27, my other daughter managed to get me registered. I had called on the 25th to cancel my membership, but was interrupted so I didn't cancel. When the pandemic started I gave them one month fee as a donation (the receipt they gave me just acknowledged the gift, but no dollar amount. October went by without knowing they were starting to take money again (my fault). I spent all of November trying to break in. I do not wish to be charged for November fighting this demon app. I am registered now for December, we'll see. I didn't even want to give one star....

One star because the check in button / mobile ID card is gone. App is still great for checking the schedule and making reservations but the lack of the mobile ID zaps 90% of the convenience out of the app. :(
