Edit: issue was resolved! Support team was very responsive:) App seems to be working well! The newest update causes the top of the app to be covered by my phone's status bar! (Android) I cannot use the menu at all, as it covered by my phone's clock in the upper left corner! There's no way to click on anything up there, so most of the features are unusable now

Glitch. Won't let me reserve classes even though it says it's available. Crashes. So frustrating just to be healthy and have to pay a huge chunk a month for something I can't even use bc it takes more than an arm and a leg just to try to get into classes.

Difficult to use. It was better, but the updates include the new technology most people don't like. Facial recognition allows more theft. Online class registration is good when it works, but the app updates have stopped features from working dependably. Home location was good. Lack of home location feels like you want people to visit inconvenient locations to shut down home locations. Too many changes complicating everything.
