This is a very bad platform. My friend had opted for MBA course, it was his last semester and due to health issues he could not complete the project on time. They did not listen to him even once nor did they give him an extension.He had paid a lot of fees and he had to abort in the last semester. He had worked hard for two years and in the last semester was made to leave. His two years of hard work went waste. If anyone reads my comment then do not do any course through upgrade they are looting.

The user interface is well designed and the course content is useful and easy to follow. However, in the Microsoft AI Foundation course, audio support is not available for Tamil and Malayalam, while Hindi and Telugu are provided. Since several Indian languages are already supported, excluding Tamil and Malayalam reduces accessibility for many learners. Adding audio options for these languages would make the course more inclusive and learner-friendly across different regions of India.

I enrolled for a 1 year AI course. The program coordinator / buddy is not helpful at all. we have buddy session only once every 2 months and at that time too she tries to escape saying some audio / network issue at her end. We gave feedback that several important topics were skipped in live sessions and she doesn't seem to care about it. For course project, the requirements are unclear and no overview session conducted about the project.
