About this app

UploMD is your personal, patient-controlled home for medical records. Keep your health history in one secure place, request records from your providers, and share them with the people you choose — all from your phone.

You decide what to store and who can see it. Nothing is shared without your say-so.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Store your records — Upload documents, lab results, imaging reports, and scans, or snap a photo of paperwork. View medical images (including DICOM studies) right in the app.
- Request records for you — Add the clinics, hospitals, and imaging centers you've visited, and UploMD sends your signed authorization to request copies on your behalf.
- Organize everything — Your records are sorted into a clean, searchable library so you can find what you need before an appointment.
- Share on your terms — Invite family, caregivers, or providers to view your records, with access you can revoke any time. Send a secure link, or set up emergency access so responders can reach critical information when it matters.
- Manage records for family — Adults can manage records on behalf of dependents, including minors, from one account.
- Understand your records — Optional AI features can summarize documents and answer questions about your own records. AI can make mistakes — always confirm with your doctor.

- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access to your chart is logged so you can see who opened it.
- We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
