UploMD brings your full medical history into one place — and actually lets you view your own medical imaging, not just a list of file names.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View your records in one organized place. Documents, labs, reports, and imaging — collected and filed for you.

• Actually see your scans. A built-in viewer opens your MRI, CT, and X-ray studies — scroll through slices, adjust window/level with one-tap presets (brain, lung, bone, and more), zoom, pan, measure, and compare two series side by side. For your reference and care coordination — not a diagnostic workstation.

• Let us gather records for you. Request your records from any facility by fax, email, or secure upload, so you're not stuck on hold for hours.

• Share with the right people. Give family, caregivers, or a doctor a clear window into your health — and revoke access anytime. Opt into the Emergency Directory so EMS / ED can reach critical info when it matters.

• An AI summary of your history. As records arrive, UploMD builds a plain-language Summary Profile of your conditions, medications, and key findings — with every line traceable to the document it came from. Ask plain questions about your records and get answers drawn from your own documents.

• Real people when you need them. In-app support chat with the UploMD team.
