I agree with others that the old rewards program was much better. They have hired an incompetent third party now. I booked a flight and it confirmed through the app. Two days later they sent me an email that because they didn't actually book the flight the price/points went up 25%. I spent hours on their chat with being told the same thing over and over again without able to get a name of the agent. Finally they were able to get me rebooked for a flight for only a few points more, only to realize they were looking on the WRONG DATES. I had to pay 25% more for their incompetence and lose hours of my time.

Can't log in for over a month now. The app doesn't even load to enter the password. If you try to access rewards via website, it just shows error message. And the point system is garbage, you never know exactly what you have, how it accumulates and the way the points are applied is inadequate. Unbelievably poor experience.

I will be honest, the new app was initially confusing. Once I got the gist, it was a breeze. Essentially when you sign up, you get a card number that has the points, you can use the number as you would any normal credit card or debit card online i.e. insert the card number, cvv and expiration date. When you make purchase the cost is subtracted from the card balance
