Ratings and reviews

This app has more shortcomings than benefits. I keep getting error messages with each new page that I open. I can't view my miles statement to make sure its accurate without an error popping up. The only thing I can see is my member number and that I have some miles on my account. This app needs to be fixed in order for it to be a productive tool for recurring customers.

The app is slow and irresponsive. Never-ending loading prevent me from downloading the boarding pass. Not to mention bad experience in browsing the flight options during ticket purchase.

so hard to use, keeps on loading and waiting for ages, better using other apps to book garuda indonesia. world class? I think not even close.
