Ratings and reviews

This app has more shortcomings than benefits. I keep getting error messages with each new page that I open. I can't view my miles statement to make sure its accurate without an error popping up. The only thing I can see is my member number and that I have some miles on my account. This app needs to be fixed in order for it to be a productive tool for recurring customers.

still buggy in passenger info input. It always change my DOB to the current date. I also have to cancel my pre-booking only to see my miles numbers. A feature that I think should be integrated inside the app. Not a great experience.

Picking seat during check in does not work. You pick free sear and after confirm check in you get just random seat, seriously? This is not just one instance, every time. Don't you test your product? You need to improve your product QC! Disappointing.
