Ratings and reviews

This app has more shortcomings than benefits. I keep getting error messages with each new page that I open. I can't view my miles statement to make sure its accurate without an error popping up. The only thing I can see is my member number and that I have some miles on my account. This app needs to be fixed in order for it to be a productive tool for recurring customers.

Garuda Indonesia is supposed to be a top-tier airline, with services and overall experience ranging from great to excellent. But their mobile app? Somehow it always falls apart right when you need it most. Consistently laggy, unreliable, and more often than not just straight-up unusable—especially when you’re trying to redeem miles. Including their web services too—it honestly feels like the programmers and IT team are a bunch of elementary school kids.

I booked a Garuda Airbus A320 flight (most expensive flight), entered the airplane and it's Citilink small, dirty, smelly Boeing airplane... people next to me paid half of my price (yes, I asked them) and we share the same airplane... it's scam... doesn't worth to use Garuda anymore. Before arrive to the airport I called Garuda CS to ask my terminal number, and they gave me WRONG terminal number, I barely made to arrive at time due to changing terminal in the last moment.
