ALWAYS getting this older guy whose got Huge language barrier between us. That usually isnt a problem however I always have multiple stops and this one driver DOSEN'T Understand THE CONCEPT OF GOING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER WITH ME IN CAR .HE LEFT ME MIDDLE road ONCE AFTER BEING PAID AHEAD. WAS told I'd get a free ride or two since I call every day multiple times. I tried once to redeem free ride and got me almost again left on side road. Thanks for nothing but wasting my money on bad cabbies

My driver was extremely polite very talkative which makes the ride super confortable. I only speak for myself when i say, fastest most convinient ride will come out of USA limo&Car service. Any other services so far have left me disapointed as far as pricing and services go.

For the first time I was able to get service hassle free and on time in the town of Worcester versus the other company that service my area they were quick reliable honest and not rude they do have cab like manage manners they know how to talk to their people and how to maintain customer is what I hope for the future
