verified my account..was on the waitlist, #17. now the app doesn't open. keeps on getting stuck on the flush screen and now I can't even see the waitlist page. looks like it's crushing but it's not an app problem. tried contacting support never received a response since. leaving a 1star till they are able to help me out

Hawala is honestly frustrating. You can verify your phone number and identity, yet still be stuck on a huge waitlist for weeks or months before getting full access. My screenshot shows #7,636 out of 466,782 people waiting. If you need an account you can use quickly, think twice before signing up. Hawala seriously needs to improve its onboarding and be more transparent about the waiting time.

Useless app. They charge fixed fees instead of percentage. If you transact in small amount , this app is not for you. After charging the fees , what you receive in your country account are pennies.
