Ratings and reviews

The app seems to work well while taking tests/surveys but has failed every time in converting and uploading the completed tests which is necessary to get credit and get paid. So far, I'm down about an hour of testing time and payout for two tests and another hour messing with uploading files for them to check. I have a new Android phone running the latest version of the os and plenty of memory and storage. Zero support from company after almost 2 weeks. Update: things are working now, got paid.

Recorder shuts down after 4-5 mins or less. I have lost at least 3 test, because while I am working on the task, all of a sudden the recorder would disappear. I am certain that there is no screen timeout or blackout - it just shuts 😔 UPDATE: Another try in 20206 - same result - half way through test Userlytics app stopped responding wasting another opportunity and another 20 minutes of my life without reward. APPALLING!!!!

Suddenly I can't use the App because it thinks my phone is a tablet? Yea I got $20 but haven't matched with a test in weeks and now can't even use the app on my phone. It's annoying. People are spending an hour doing "research" for them to feel like you're wasting your time at the end.
