Deleted the app because I started getting hourly security alerts on my phone. Also in the 2 days following the start of the security alert, I was notified by Fitbit and Microsoft that someone had tried changing my account credentials. The timing is suspicious. I have never had anything like this before. Deleted that app and now will only use the touchpad and key pad. Unfortunate as I am missing out on many of the reasons I chose Oak.

Moved the gateway & now can't log back into my account. Tried resetting password, received a code in my email, reset my password & then went to log in again & it says it either my email or password are incorrect. I just used both. Now I can't use any of the features. I would recommend looking for a different service.

Installation of the lock wad very simple The app I had some issue setting up the bridge which sshould come with tje lock and of course had to purchase mmore FOBS. Once every thing was in place it has been a great asset for security remote,keypad and FOBS work great. Unfortinatley Amazon is not carrying this anymore but i will be buying more online
