I can no longer control my locks with this app. I tried to change the date on a temporary access code for a contractor and it wouldn't let me. It said to delete the lock from my account and reconnect it. But after deleting the lock, the app wouldn't let me reconnect it. I just get a vague, meaningless error message. SO NOW MY FAMILY CAN'T GET IN OUR HOUSE. It deleted our access code, and we have no way to add a new one.

This app is terrible. It doesn't allow the notifications I want, it constantly alerts that the front door has been open for some time. But most importantly, the lock just stops working for no apparent reason and the app doesn't notify that the door is unlocked! The sensor is most likely the culprit, but it falls off, even with double-stick gorilla glue tape. Every time it falls off, it unpairs and then the auto-lock feature stops working. I like the concept but the execution is not good.

believe the reviews. it's bad. i bought the U-Bolt Pro and it constantly disconnects. the app sucks at telling you why your actions aren't working (it's 100% because the lock is losing connection). you will constantly see loading animation and then nothing. no error messages. there's nothing support can do. the lock just refuses to stay connected. my wifi works just fine. i have a dedicated 2.4ghz network for home devices including wifi light switch right next to the door that works perfectly.
