The Workout app contains a 30-week pull-up workout program. Depending on your level of physical fitness, the application will select a program for you according to which you will train. You can choose your week. The application allows you to track progress thanks to the graph, you can visually see the progress of the workout.

The workout app so far includes a pull ups program. Additional exercises will be added soon, such as push ups and ab exercises. You can train according to your own training programs, as the application is universal.
