I have been using the Khata Book for a long time and I run a provision store. Most of the work in the provision store is for credit. The Khata Book has helped me a lot. It is a very good app and is also very easy to use. Now I do not need to carry around useless pens and notebooks. I simply upload it from my phone, so that the bill remains with me and is also easily sent to the customer, so that he remembers how much money is left. This is a very good app.

The app is simple to use but according to me, one of the most important feature which must be there is missing. If someone is adding some amount given against my account, then I should be able to see that transaction in the app in my account. Right now, I can only see it through the link which I get after the transaction is added but if I lost that link in any way, then I won't be able to see my transaction again.

very bad experience with the customer support team. 1. there is no option in app to change your mobile number. 2. You can not deregister your mobile number once registered. 3. You can not delete your account permanently even if you send them tons of emails and compliains. 4. they misuse your data available with them. the above information is my experience with them, not recommended at all
