MYIO Behavioral Health Portal puts you in command of your behavioral health information, helping you manage your care. MYIO serves as a patient portal, enabling you to:
- Update personal and contact details
- Set communication preferences with your mental health provider
- Review statements
- Easily pay balances

To access MYIO, request an account through your mental health provider. To set up your account, download the MYIO app and enter the access code sent from your mental health provider via SMS. Enter your login details and save your password for easy access. Set your communication preferences to receive reminders and messages to your phone or email. Enable push notifications to stay updated on new information in MYIO.

It would be handy if it worked. I have the same problem others have. When I've tried to leave a message, the window keeps randomly closing, and yes I have permissions granted. When I tried to enter credit card information same thing. The window would just close. It's an app with a lot of promise and terrible execution. The browser worked 100% better.

Unable to get this app to work at all. Unable to sent my provider messages or use for tele visits. I have updated and still no luck. Very frustrating when I try to type my messages and I keep getting kicked out and have to restart over and over. This app needs a complete upgrade. I would get rid of it completely if my provider didn't request I use it. This app has interfered with my ability to communicate with my provider. I would give it a no star rating if I could.

Please note that some messaging permissions are managed by your practice, and they may enable or disable the ability for a patient to initiate a message. We recommend working with your practice to ensure they have granted their patients permission to send messages.

Haven't gotten past setting up my account. I can't use the app to set it up because every time they send me a verification email I have to leave the app to open it, and as soon as I go back into the app (within like 10-20 seconds of leaving it) it closes the screen to put my code in. I then need to go through the process again and again. I have tried 5 times and it keeps doing it. Please fix this as it's very frustrating.
