Volume on both sides of a call is so low that neither of us can hear comfortably. Also, I can't use either of my bluetooth headsets. One is bose and the other is jabra, so neither is a third-party knockoff that may have compatibility issues. The app has permission to my mic, camera and notifications... Lastly, it shows that my account needs activating when I've already activated.

set up needs improvement, having to send a link each log in is terrible. having multiple people being managed in an office, such as kids. Can't access them through the app as individuals. emails have to be separated per account, or your app is very confusing because I can't access both of my children's account under 1 email. this app is confusing, difficult and doesn't make things easier. the only con is messaging your provider.

video calls function and appointments are accurate and convenient. that said, the email login code thing is obnoxious and it forgets my biometric login credentials every time I exit the app, so that isn't an option. I have to have my headphones paired before logging in or the meeting is blasted on speakerphone -- if I try to pair after the call starts it won't connect to my headphones. even if the app says it's playing to my headphones. a decently convenient app with major bugs.

Hi Tyler, please know we've improved the biometric login experience recently, so we recommend ensuring your app is up-to-date for the best possible experience. We're working on a repair for the Bluetooth headphone experience your describing and appreciate your patience while we improve.
