I won't recommend this app to even a small retailer. Bad user interface, worst customer service. even after buying a one year plan I am being asked to pay an extra amount to use the scan feature which was available before in the current plan. Street food vendors have more customer service than you guys. Waste of money, don't worry I'm filing a case in consumer court.

I purchased it for 10 years. after spending 1 year. it works like whatsapp. you can use it in mobile app or on desktop web. instant login . it works like we are working on excel. invoice updation is easy. just upload pdf they work it in 10 secs, than check and update . invoicing easy. I use app for trading, panel Manufacturing. app is perfect for my job. if mybillbook give same facility / features for remaining 9 years. than I also buy next time it. I never go on other app or tally.

I have been using My Bill Billing Software for over 3 years. Before purchasing, the sales representative promised that the SEZ (Special Economic Zone) billing feature would be provided. However, even after 3 years and multiple follow-ups, this feature has still not been delivered. I am disappointed that the commitment made during the sales process was not fulfilled. I hope the company improves its customer support and delivers the promised functionality soon.
