When adding a purchase bill in this application, if the same bill is entered again, it shows as a duplicate entry. There is no warning message appearing when a duplicate entry is made. I had registered a complaint regarding this issue with customer care on March 2, 2026, but it has not been resolved yet."

very disappointing experience with this bill book service. The customer service was extremely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. My queries were either ignored or answered very late without any proper solution. The quality of the bill book did not meet expectations, and when I tried to raise the issue, there was no accountability from their side. It felt like once the payment was made, they were no longer interested in supporting the customer. Overall, the lack of professionalism

Sir, thank you very much for creating such a simple app. However, the app cannot be used when there is no network connectivity. Therefore, I suggest that this app be designed to function in both offline and online modes, and that a system for automatic synchronization twice a day be implemented. This would ensure that no difficulties arise with billing, even during times of network unavailability. Thank you.
