The Poorest App, I have complained so many times, it resolved by the backend team,after a few days the problem started again. Irony is that after a certain time schedule the customer care is not available, and if you have to raise any bill urgently and send to the buyer, you will not be able to generate becoz of that problem. so you lose the business.

I won't recommend this app to even a small retailer. Bad user interface, worst customer service. even after buying a one year plan I am being asked to pay an extra amount to use the scan feature which was available before in the current plan. Street food vendors have more customer service than you guys. Waste of money, don't worry I'm filing a case in consumer court.

Very disappointed with My BillBook. I use it only for basic billing and inventory management, yet the app has become extremely slow. Simple tasks like creating bills, searching products, and updating stock take far longer than they should. The performance keeps getting worse instead of improving. For a business application, speed and reliability are essential, but My BillBook fails to deliver both. I paid for a service that should make my work easier, but it often does the opposite.
