The Poorest App, I have complained so many times, it resolved by the backend team,after a few days the problem started again. Irony is that after a certain time schedule the customer care is not available, and if you have to raise any bill urgently and send to the buyer, you will not be able to generate becoz of that problem. so you lose the business.

I won't recommend this app to even a small retailer. Bad user interface, worst customer service. even after buying a one year plan I am being asked to pay an extra amount to use the scan feature which was available before in the current plan. Street food vendors have more customer service than you guys. Waste of money, don't worry I'm filing a case in consumer court.

Worst Experience. this is not accounting software. this is just to make invoice entries .. no other accounting or gst details can be maintained or accessed easily. only useful feature was scan and upload invoices but now out of nowhere they made it paid subscription when it was confirmed it would be available with the subscription. the issue is not usability but the useful features that are that you provide with such high premium
