Dust Collection Checksheet is an internal application for factory employees, replacing paper dust collection system inspection sheets with a digitized process that includes GPS location verification and on-site photos.

MAIN FEATURES

• Mandatory direct camera photography and GPS location verification before entering inspection data — ensuring accurate on-site data recording and preventing tampering.

• Records 7 technical standards daily for the dust collection system, automatically marking NG (not meeting) when exceeding permissible limits.

• 3-level approval process: employee submits inspection sheet, administrator/sub-admin reviews and approves or rejects.

• Automatic email notifications when new sheets need approval, or when sheets are approved/rejected.

• Centralized account management — only administrators can create accounts.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is an internal application, intended only for employees who have been granted accounts by the company administrator. The application does not offer public account registration functionality and is not intended for general users.
