About this app

VLReader is a fast PDF reader and ebook reader for Android that also opens Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Highlight what matters, write notes, keep them in a notebook for every book, and let your phone read documents aloud. Everything works offline, with no account and no ads.

• Select text in a PDF to highlight it in yellow, green, blue or pink
• Add a note to any highlight; tap it later to edit or remove it
• Search inside the PDF and jump between results
• Jump to chapters with the table of contents
• Night mode for PDFs: dark themes invert pages for reading in bed

• Listen to PDFs, ebooks, articles and Word documents with your phone's voice

• Tap a note to go straight back to that page
• Export notes as Markdown to share with your class, team or book club, or to keep in your notes app
