Terrible app and also website keeps crashing. You cannot claim your tax without it, so you will have to go through the wholly process, in my case i had to upload my documents about 6 times before it finally worked. The app only works if you allow to track your location, which is unnecessary for it's purpose. If you want to select a future date, for passport expiry, you have to click month by month. Good luck.

The app is nice to navigate, easy to understand and the process is less of a hassle than most VAT return systems. My only complaint is regarding the information section of your account. The moment you enter to double check your info, I had to enter my info all over again and then go through the verification process again. But, all in all, a very good app, skip Global Blue and just go with these guys/girls.

I spent an hour going round and around in circles trying to upload the data and each instance I tried to take a photo of a document the app would freeze and the take me back to the beginning again. I think if I ever get the opportunity to claim VAT back on a purchase in a shop I will probably just walk out without buying anything. Here is a crazy idea! Why not deduct the VAT at the point of sale on production of a passport and travel ticket! I cannot say using this app has been a happy time.
