The app hardly works and likes to put you into endless loops. The live chat is horrible they literally tell you thing to get you to leave the live chat and have to start all over. Thank goodness these are features we don't have to pay for otherwise I'd be furious

Clean record. No ticket or wreck since 2006. Cure $80. Less than Progressive Per Month! Use autopay though, payment processing is $15. Haha. Still Saving!

The app hardly ever lets me into my account. It just does the loading symbol, and then kicks me back to the login screen. Very frustrating. Please fix it; because I do like what the app offers, when I can login. I will change my rating once I don't experience all the non-logins.
