Cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. Don't want to cover your claims, hard to communicate, no good help, no payment extensions allowed, and is just not a good option for insurance. Not to mention to make a payment through this app it charges you 15$ convenience fee lol. My friends and family have both used cure and have agreed mutually on this matter.

Poor App...Poor customer service. Paying via their app, bank account or credit/debit card is $14.95. If you call them, the fee is $17.95. The only non-fee option is autopsy. Actual chat convo: Me- I'm trying to view previous transactions in the app Them- Go to payment history Me- I don't see any option for payment history Them- go to manage payments , then payment history Me- ( I sent them a screen-shot showing no such option) Them- Is there anything else I can help you with today?

If I could give this app a ZERO, I would. I have not been able to login once since I've downloaded it. It's quite cute how you have to pay 15 plus dollars to make a payment on the Site or over the phone, and the 5.99 fee option just happens to be on the App that does not work. That's not an accident, I'm sure.
