About this app

FieldMate is the job book for field service technicians. Keep every customer, every
service visit and every follow-up date in one place, so nothing slips and no customer
has to remind you.

Built for AC and appliance technicians, water purifier and RO servicing, pest control,
plumbing, electrical work, generator and equipment maintenance, and any trade that
runs on repeat service visits.

WHY TECHNICIANS USE IT

Repeat service work lives or dies on follow-ups. A customer serviced in January needs
you again in May, and if that date only exists in a notebook or your head, the job
goes to whoever called them first. FieldMate holds those dates and reminds you before
they pass.

PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA
Your customer list is yours. We do not sell it and we do not share it with other
companies. Location is used only to autofill a customer address, and only when you tap
the button. Voice notes are attached to your own service records. You can delete your
account and all associated data from inside the app at any time.
