would give this app zero stars if I could. or more specifically this whole service, since the website does the same! you literally can't get an email to request a password change at all. they claim they send it yet they never do. guess now I'll have to call the service to see if that does anything.

not good i can't get into my account I miss the benefits deadline because I didn't get the email because this app is not working right it doesn't send me emails and that's why I miss enrollment time...SMH I tried to call customer service but they didn't help 😔
