Confusing high friction UX The layout of the app begs the question: who is this for? The whole experience seems designed around people who would decide to buy a ticket on a whim, not season pass holders. When your session expires, there's no way to sign in again, the app enters a "finished" state where the only remedy is to clear the stored data. Needs a revamp, get a single designer to evaluate it.

Always have to sign in multiple times constantly crashes when you finally login takes forever

UPDATE (FEB 23, 2023): Also giving 1 ⭐ (or 0) to Google for resetting autoupdates on my phone. 😠 UPDATE (FEB 21, 2023): App autoupdated to the new broken version & wouldn't let me sign in to get my tickets. Thankfully I saved the APK of version 3.8.2 which actually works. I feel sorry for most users who don't know how to save backups of old versions of apps. They shouldn't have to. ORIGINAL REVIEW: New version doesn't work on my phone (S22). I installed the old version and it works (v 3.8.2).
