I can no longer access tickets via the app. It will not connect to ticketmaster. I just get a blank screen. Not sure how I'm supposed to get my tickets for this weekend's performance if the app won't work. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, made sure my username and passwords match, and done everything else I can think of.

Whether this app will let me see my tickets on any given day send to depend on factors I don't understand. I feel like I have to wipe the data routinely to get it to work.

Unable to log in using prior user id for TM. Get nothing but error messages. This app is truly worthless.
