The main purpose of installing the app, the "easiest way to access your tickets is in the new Broadway in Cincinnati mobile app" they say. Bah! When I go to Tickets, all it says, every single time, is "Session Expired. Please sign in again." Fair enough, it has been a while since I signed in. I'd be happy to sign in again. Except, there is no way to sign in again! No button to tap on. No link to use. No way to go back, even with gestures. The only thing I can do is close the app. The "easiest way"? Try the "worst way."

I've had season tickets for over 10 years and never a problem downloading my tickets. I've had to change my password at least 4 times in the last 2 years with the last being just a week ago. Now I get nothing and have a performance in 2 days. I've tried changing BROADWAY AND TICKETMASTER with no success. I am beyond frustrated with these lousy changes and updates. please just send me a site where I can actually get my paid tickets.

Just when I think this app is finally getting its act together, it then reminds me of how awful it is. Tried to get into it again today to access my tickets and it give me the "spinning wheel of death" whenever I input my password. Just going to go straight to the Broadway in Cincinnati site and add tickets to me wallet there vs. messing with this ongoing piece of garbage. I'm a patient guy, but after two years of issues I'm done.
