Broadway in Cincinnati is pleased to introduce a new app just for Season Subscribers and eCLUB members. Your phone is now your ticket to enter the Aronoff Center for the best of Broadway. Season Subscribers and eCLUB members can easily access all of their Broadway tickets from the app, buy tickets for upcoming shows, and even transfer tickets to others attending the show with them. Plus, season subscribers can access their invoice at renewal time and exchange tickets if a conflict comes up.

The main purpose of installing the app, the "easiest way to access your tickets is in the new Broadway in Cincinnati mobile app" they say. Bah! When I go to Tickets, all it says, every single time, is "Session Expired. Please sign in again." Fair enough, it has been a while since I signed in. I'd be happy to sign in again. Except, there is no way to sign in again! No button to tap on. No link to use. No way to go back, even with gestures. The only thing I can do is close the app. The "easiest way"? Try the "worst way."

What a truly awful update today. Login, you are logged out due to inactivity. Log back in, you don't have access to this page. Who is writing this app, fire them. Add biometrics. So bad.

Horrible app. Cannot access my tickets as I have always done in the past.
