Registration failed. The call center is non-existant. The chat help is spectacularly very slow and quite difficult to reach. The SMS verification limit has been exceeded with no reason and there is no way to reset the it manually via help chat operators, the only option is to wait for self reset (next day). My whole work with a new phone is gone because I cannot put a phone number to the phone The tarrifs are great though.

There's no customer support except a useless chat bot.

It is 20% your cabinet and 80% of forced media content. Make sure you disable notifications as it's like 99% advertising. Opt for SMS notification, that way they won't send you ads and you'll be rarely getting any notifications. UPDATE: Disabling push notifications from within the app itself didn't stop them sending ads to me. At least you can force disable them via Android system settings. You had one job jfc.
