It's a very wonderful app. Although I didn't get my splits after 30 days despite being in intermediate level, I however experienced a great change in my body shape and flexibility. I understand that due to differences in body type, it might not take all of us the same time to achieve the splits and this is why I'm going to try it for another 30 days, this time using the advanced level. I hope to get my splits this time around.

1st improve your animations. And put a video of originals also if possible, so beginner can do it easily. 2nd in intermediate level there is exercises like advanced level. Do work on that. And most important take minutes of exercise according to level. I think it's more than it's level. Otherwise application is fantastic. Thank you.

The app wants you to do a split during the first day of beginner training.Like it hasn't taught you how to do a split yet but it already want's you to do a left leg and a right leg front split on the first day.
