Verint® Experience Mobile™ provides a powerful set of tools to quickly close the loop with customers and manage cases, anywhere, anytime.

Key Features:
- Dashboards: Gain insights across every touchpoint in the customer journey
- Dashboard Card: Dig deeper into specific unified data.
- Case list: Quickly find cases that need your attention
- Case details: Investigate a case, view priority, re-assign, edit custom properties, and close cases
- Contact customers: Call or email the customer via built in collaboration tools
- Case comments: Add notes for you or others to review
- Case history: View the case history, including changes to its status, assignment, or other key changes
- View survey response: View survey response that triggered the case
