If I could give the app 0 stars, I would. Had no problems up until now. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app, only to keep getting the same error message when I try to log in. There should be ZERO issues, given how expensive cable/internet is with you guys! Very disappointing! Once I saw that the bill had gone up yet again, I thought about going elsewhere. This just validates it!

Was told that I could download the first TV app on my smart tvs, and unfortunately, that's not the case. Actually, I would need a box for each tv, and in turn, my bill would end up costing me the same if I had stayed with Xfinity. How can I download it on my phones which are older than my tvs??? Furthermore, the technicians that came out weren't any help. They couldn't fix anything, so I'm left to watch TV on my other apps therefore fios TV app doesn't work.

yeah, I'm having all kinds of problems with this app, all of a sudden it's not working on any of my mobile devices and the whole fios thing is causing me anxiety...getting help is another problem, takes 1/2 hr to even speak to a human...and still having the same issues, I think it's time to move on from fios...long time customer can't get no satisfaction...
