Very disappointed with VBank. I bought a data top-up last Wednesday, my account was debited immediately, but till now no data and no refund. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful. In 2026, failed transactions shouldn’t take this long to resolve. This delay has cost me work opportunities. Unreliable service and poor support. I can’t recommend this app.

My first impression wasn't great at all. The user experience is not the same as other banks I've used. I can't even log into my account presently. I contacted customer care support, and still no help. I just had to abandon the account with money inside. A lot needs to be worked on.

The Bank is nice but the app's UI is bad, it lacks customization. Every time I see an update I always rush to download but I'm met with same white background I'm used to since 2020,not a single improvement. In this era of smartphones dark mode is supposed to be a must on all apps, at least give us the option of switching between white and dark mode. Vbank share same purple with ALAT but ALAT is refined with customization and dark mode. Please work on the app by making it customizable.
