For more than a year now it's been a lovely experience. however, the deliberate act of not allowing users to access their account to withhold funds into your system is not amthe right call.. I suggest you guys look into that. for more than 10hours now I couldn't log in. Doesn't make sense to me.

Edit - There has been so much inconsistent information about the Rewards scheme for target savings, thus downgrading my previous review. At the point of creating a target savings, the equivalent number of reward pts SHOULD be clearly stated. ---------------------- Wow, it's been an exceptional level of service from the VFD team, extremely responsive customer service team. They resolved all my onboarding NIN issues within a very short period of time, less than 24 hours actually. Kudos.

i have used this app for a long time but I noticed recently that whenever I receive a transfer, some small amount of money is deducted from the transfer, recently I received a transfer of 1270 and 270 was deducted for no reason, they may have been doing it but I just noticed it now and am not happy. this kind of thing should stop
