The phone app needs work, It greyed out my auction wins so I couldn't buy. At times it says 4 hours to purchase and then says "expired" 5 minutes later? There's alot of business people taking over the auctions, I used to find some great deals. They need to limit their purchases or give them they're own site. They really care about what they sell, and the hosts are fun to watch and teach you lots of info! My favorite shopping channel!!

We had all the bells and whistles. Now since update, and then a rework of the update!!! it takes app longer to load/checkout, $1 auction auto pay, discount shipping for auto pay gone, I just tried to leave item review and no "item picture " box (its on my computer, I'm not sending pic from ph. to computer, saving said pic on computer then add pic to review). I understand that things need to upgrade, but come on SLC your changing to much, make it easier not harder to purchase.

It used to be fast & easy to shop. I see something on TV it took about 30 seconds to buy it. Since they integrated Shop Pay into their system I hate it. It's time consuming, frustrating & confusing. Shop Pay snatched my info at checkout without me realizing it. Now they try to make me use it every time. I contacted Shop Pay to delete my "accout" which I never wanted & I find out it could take 30 days to delete. Also I don't like having to get an code emailed just to log in. Good bye Shop LC.
