I think this app and its database have been hacked. Or maybe one of their employees hijacked my account. I only have 2 successful transactions. And the last one is really problematic. Never trust this company again. They sent me some LiveChat screenshots which I never did at all. They send funds to other people. This is not a matter of the amount of money, but of customer trust.

I admit it, the process quiet fast imo. Like it's less than 10mins and boom, it's finish. The only thing that i kinda disappointed with only the exchange rate. I think the exchange rate kinda low, hope it can be higher even just a lil bit
