Cannot sign in. It just gives me a bizarre screen that says "Confirm TOTP Code" with absolutely no clarification of what that means. I have 1 email address and 1 phone number I haven't received anything. What a bad user experience to give a cryptic screen that doesn't explain anything. I can use and buy tickets on the website but not on the app. Do better, Via Rail team. *thumbs down emoji*

it looks nice enough but I can't access my boarding passes. it shows my trips but clicking on them goes to another screen and fails to load. I've tried wifi, data, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing storage/cache etc. but that does nothing.

the app doesn't always load. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes while you're trying to pull up your ticket
