Vault is a training studio in central Bangkok on Sukhumvit 16. We run coach-led high-intensity classes in a space designed specifically for HIIT. The equipment and layout are set up to make the sessions clear, structured, and motivating.

The studio has a focused feel to it. Members come here to train with intention, follow a well-planned class, and get proper guidance from our coaches. The environment is built to help people stay consistent and push themselves in a controlled way.

After each session, members can use our recovery balcony, which includes a sauna and ice baths. It’s a straightforward setup that helps with recovery and keeps people feeling fresh from one session to the next.

There is also a small bar in the studio offering drinks designed for performance and recovery. Everything is selected to support the training experience. Vault is a place for structured HIIT, good coaching, and a motivating atmosphere from start to finish.
