Trainbell is a HIIT, Tabata and round timer built around one idea: during a
workout, the timer should do exactly one thing and never interrupt you. No ad
ever appears on the timer screen. No account. No subscription. It keeps counting with the screen off, and your presets stay on your phone.

SET UP IN SECONDS
Four numbers and a Start button: prep, work, rest, rounds. That is the whole home screen. Sets, rest between sets and a cool-down are one tap away under More options, and stay folded away until you want them. Hold + or - to move in big steps instead of tapping twenty times.

BUILT TO BE READ MID-EFFORT
Every phase gets its own full-screen colour, so a glance from across the gym
tells you where you are. Giant tabular digits that do not jitter as the seconds
change. The next phase is always on screen so you can pace the last few seconds. Tap anywhere to pause, rather than hunting a small button with sweaty hands.

IT KEEPS RUNNING WITH THE SCREEN OFF
The single most common complaint about interval timers is that they die in your pocket. Trainbell runs as a foreground service with lock-screen controls, and every deadline is computed from the system clock rather than counted, so it cannot drift and it survives the phone freezing the app. Pocket it mid-round and every cue still lands on time.

CUES THAT CUT THROUGH YOUR MUSIC
Cues duck your music or podcast for a moment and hand it straight back. They never pause it. Cue volume is a separate slider from media volume, so an audiobook at 20% and cues at 100% is a valid combination.
Choose beeps, a spoken phase name, vibration only, or a screen flash if you train somewhere silent.
There is a Bluetooth delay setting for wireless headphones, so cues land on the phase change instead of after it.

No account. No sign-in. No analytics. The app makes no network calls of its own. Your presets live on the device and export to a file you control.
