"Due to the ongoing issues with the audio transcription feature and several other tools, I have once again decided to stop my subscription. I had cancelled it in the past for the same reason. It is frustrating to pay for a service that fails to deliver on its promised features; if these tools are consistently unreliable, they should not be offered in the app at all."

I was very happy with the app and paid for an annual subscription, however a month or so ago I started getting adverts and it was prompting me to upgrade for something I had already paid for. I wrote several times to their support email, only once did they respond and ask me to submit screenshots as evidence, this I did but have had no further response. I have written several times but simply do not get an answer. Have now cancelled my renewal, and would suggest people think twice before taki

terrible after the so called major update. most features are unusable even with TF+. I purchased annual subscription and boy what a waste of money. cash reader recognises notes in 10 to 15 seconds if you are lucky, Voicify TTS is a total mess, pdf file reading is buggy, instant reader, image reader, voice recorder, TF AI, all the features just don't function as required. the email to their support is bouncing. al in all we are thugged by our own community.
