I was very happy with the app and paid for an annual subscription, however a month or so ago I started getting adverts and it was prompting me to upgrade for something I had already paid for. I wrote several times to their support email, only once did they respond and ask me to submit screenshots as evidence, this I did but have had no further response. I have written several times but simply do not get an answer. Have now cancelled my renewal, and would suggest people think twice before taki

We pay for your service, but sometimes you are unable to provide reliable performance. Why does this happen? Most features are fine, but some areas still do not work properly. For example, the text-to-audio feature, image-related features, and the language translation feature do not perform accurately. I expected these issues to be fixed after the updates, but the problems still remain. Because of this, I decided to cancel my subscription.

The worst application for blind people because this application robs all the blind people, just takes empty money and does not give any good feature and whatever feature they give does not work. I advise all of you not to download this application, if you want to download then download netra Plus Application. That application is much better than this application.
