We pay for your service, but sometimes you are unable to provide reliable performance. Why does this happen? Most features are fine, but some areas still do not work properly. For example, the text-to-audio feature, image-related features, and the language translation feature do not perform accurately. I expected these issues to be fixed after the updates, but the problems still remain. Because of this, I decided to cancel my subscription.

"Due to the ongoing issues with the audio transcription feature and several other tools, I have once again decided to stop my subscription. I had cancelled it in the past for the same reason. It is frustrating to pay for a service that fails to deliver on its promised features; if these tools are consistently unreliable, they should not be offered in the app at all."
