Update: The problem has not been fixed yet. Then, all of a sudden came "maintenance notification with no reason and I had to go through registration again and with the correct data (qr code) it was not working at all. I had to delete all the data until it worked. The emails won't be answered,although they say,"we get back to you as soon as possible. Recently, I'm obliged to register with email, and to my wondering comes the "something went wrong, please try again." Really disappointing

The control and info you can get from your boiler via the app is very good. However, you can only install the thermostat control via the installer level app, not customer level. That means you need your Viessman installer to set it up. That needs to be changed! TBH, you will probably never touch the thermostat control one the app is running. Setting up with the boiler was OK, but there were a few chopping and changing between screens to set up the WiFi but nothing difficult.

I have vitocal 222-S. Today I realised that in the app I CAN'T set different phases for DHW for a day. The same option is possible on pump directly but what's even more funny (or pathetic?) the changes later are not reflected in the app... Ideally, it should be also possible to set a different mode (comfort / eco) per phase but it's not possible to select mode per phase...
