The Viessmann ViParts app offers you, as a Viessmann specialist partner, the opportunity to access all information about our spare parts and order them directly.

The following functions are available to you in ViParts:
- Determining the spare part in exploded drawings and parts lists
- Barcode scanner for reading material numbers
- Display of all maintenance parts of the products
- Compatibility check between product and spare part
- Ordering spare parts
- Accessing all technical documents
- Display of availability and prices (with login)

What’s new

- Status messages are now displayed in product and spare parts search
- Warehouse information added to the pickup dialog
- Fix: Availability for the selected pickup warehouse is visible again
- Fix: Part numbers in drawings are normalized correctly
- Removed the redundant search button from customer search
