No customer service if any problems arise. I have paid for the whole year eagerly, looking forward to watching exceptional movies and entertainment on my phone and tv. Unable to stream, connect another device like my smart tv with the app. The lack of self-help is just appalling. Just with two devices, I'm getting these problems. Think with 5 devices! Until customer service and my issues are solved, this app gets a 1* It's funny how quickly the money got taken out of my account when subscribing!

Good collection of bengali movies and web series. App works well on phone but crashes at times on my smart tv. But that could very well be the problem with my tv and not the app. Looks like recently subscription cancellation option is removed from the app. I tried to cancel my subscription from app but couldn't able to do though it was taken care immedaietly when I emailed their support team. I request to bring back the cancellation option from the app. Overall it was a good experience for me.

Absolutely horrible app. I bought a subscription. It worked a couple of days then it started to ask me to buy another subscription on all devices, tablet, tv, pc. My subscription is still visible in settings but I cannot watch anything because it says I don't have subscription. I have created a ticket to support but no response since a week ago. I have just cancelled the subscription. It is outrageous that google allows apps with such terrible technical state that can waste your money.
