I should have done more research before using this app. I paid for items and half of them weren't accepted by any shipping companies and Vigorbuy refused to return the money I paid for the items that they could not send out to me. Unsure if I'll have to go through my bank for this but the experience was definitely scammy. And the items that could be shipped- I paid for shipping but Vigorbuy contacted me on Whatsapp saying to change the services I paid for.

I'm writing this review to tell the vigorbuy to let the customers leave reviews on the products they purchase along with a picture so if the next customer wants to buy, they will know if the product is genuine. also please display the whole cost for the product, tax, shipping, international shipping, so we know how much we are going to pay the actual price. And please set the home page to show the products i search, its only showing clothes and please put halal labels on food/drinks products .
