Amazing cameras and application. Options for cloud storage are awesome priced. Camera quality is fantastic The controls are simple. The application is really easy to use and set up. Couldn't be happier with a quick baby monitor camera that I can talk through and hear through right on my phone. Notifications are instant and the cameras if you get one that moves will track the person

No longer plays videos from camera's SD card in the app. Only displays a still image for each video file. Features are gradually eliminated. At one time I could see events, then I had to watch entire videos to see if something had happened, now just still images. The entire design of this app is to force you to subscribe to the cloud.

Inconsistent in recording and storing even if you pay. I pay for cloud storage, it consistently does not record multiple hours randomly. Am considering canceling the service and throwing away the cameras.
