About this app
VIP Class is the class scheduling app for private tutors, personal trainers, and independent instructors.
No more WhatsApp and spreadsheets to organize your schedule. With VIP Class:
• Smart scheduling — set your times once and the app organizes everything, automatically avoiding conflicts.
• Students schedule themselves — each student sees available times and books their own class through the app.
• Student progress — record performance evaluations for each class; the student tracks their own progress.
• Automatic notifications — class reminders and cancellation notices, for you and the student.
• Fixed weekly class — reserve exclusive recurring times for regular students.
• Monthly student billing — track payments and due dates directly through the app.
For teachers: free 30-day trial, no credit card required. Then, choose from 4 plans (VIP Start, VIP Class, VIP Pro, or VIP Studio) according to the number of students you teach.
For students: access is 100% free, always. Ask your teacher for the invitation code, create your account, and start scheduling.
Made for those who make a living teaching or training: language teachers, personal trainers, music instructors, private tutors, and freelancers who need an organized and professional schedule.
