Very poor service, I'm having difficulties in applying visit visa for family, when I tried applying after the verification the app switch off, disappeared. I visited several times to the immigration and they don't care. I lodge a complaint and still no response. Very very disappointed.

Cannot pay the transaction in this app using android phone. I tried to call customer service and was told its not their problem and ask me to go to the moi office personally to pay. technology supposed to be help our life to become easier, but this apps is selected to iphone user only.

The app is really useful...but why the android user cannot take a screenshot, while IOS user can?!!! I really hope that screenshot will be allowed for the android user as well.. for easy information transfer...
