I LOVE teaching VIP, and I love how easy it is to open and close time slots and check my payment on the app; however, it only gets a 3/5 because when I go to do most anything else, it freezes. Although there are options for it, I am usually unable to send cards to my students, unable to sign it to substitute teach (which caused me to miss out on teaching and I lost money), and many times unable to view the materials on the app.

The app has always had issues with the alarm intermittently working (not going off at all before your first scheduled class, going off in the middle of a class, etc.). Often you get messages that there is a problem with your network so the app can't connect, meanwhile every other app on your phone can connect to the internet. Now the latest- not being able to log in because your username doesn't exist, despite having logged in using the same username the night before.

This app is terrible and so frustrating! The alarm never works consistently. Sometimes it goes off, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it alerts, and there's no way to turn it off! And I am CONSTANTLY getting a false error message saying I appear to be offline, and need to check my internet connection. Yet, everything else on my phone works fine, and my internet shows it's running at top speed. Typical VIPKid behavior... something is wrong on their end, but you get blamed for it.
