If, like me, you tend to start getting close to your contract limits part-way through the month, this is good to easily checking what's left Once you have set it up it works fine over WiFi but it does need a data connection for the initial verification. My only gripe is that it sometimes fails to connect and there is no refresh feature. It also has a habit of not recognising my WiFi connection and I have to reconfigure it. But on the whole, very useful
Works great. Does what it says. Few problems a few days ago but got contacted via Jessie at Virgin regarding the issues. All fixed now which is superb. Great app. Does what it says. You need to connect via 3G at 1st but after the initial setup it will then work via wifi. Highly recommend if u are with Virgin and need to check your balance etc. Works on my samsung s3
Basic It would be much best if you didnt need the internet to view it! Because when i run out of ny data allowance i can't look at it! It's also very basic. I can get more data usage detail on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini's own data usage menu! I would be good if you could see previrus months usage.
Needs a little update Update 10/5/15 Will no longer let me view balance over wifi. Have to reset using data every day. Virgin are sometimes slow to update the balance. They say they do it every 15 minutes but that rarely happens. Because of this, it would be useful to have the time the balance was last updated.
Unimpressive I'm pay monthly and so should be able to see how much data and minutes I have left- but it only shows cash allowance, why not minutes- no use to me will prob uninstall and stick with onavo app that shows data usage. Disappointed. And as another reviewer says access to bills etc seems a basic option.
Very old fashioned and basic! The interface looks and feels like something styled after windows 98. The app is incredibly limited in function, for example I can't even see when the app last updated and so I have no indication of how accurate the data I've used is. The app in general feels hugely outdated. This app needs redesigning to keep up with the likes of the Vodafone version that I used to use.
