I can't put into words how bad this app is, crashing, unable to log in bs, the way it looks, the way it feels, trying to get more money out of you through ads. You have little to no control over your own Internet, the eero app wipes the floor with this rubbish, you think this is bad, have fun with the lack of customer service, I'll be leaving as soon as my contract is up.

The app is absolutely horrendous!!! it keeps asking me to sign in then loops constantly to the web page then back to the app. uninstalled, reinstalled 3 Gazillion time now!! Also can't even log in to my account online despite being a customer for several years, can't check my bills, can't check usage etc

I can't use this app as I don't know my account number. It tells me to get my account number from my bill. I can't view my bill because I don't know my account number. After about half an hour of setting up passwords, sending verification emails, setting up backup emails etc I still can't get this to work. A technology company shouldn't have an app with such poor reviews.
