New update? Have you ever heard the saying don't fix something which isn't broke? What have you done to this app? Once opened you can't come out of the app by pressing the back button (bottom right on a Galaxy S3) instead you have to cancel out using the menu button. Why? Remaining balances used to be displayed on the left, now on the right; why change? If you wish to add new facilities, add them, but please don't throw everything into a box and then sort it all in a different order.
Won't download update Now it downloads. But can't connect over wifi. Has to connect first over mobile data. Ha ha great joke virgin. Mobile signal, on your network, in my home. PULL THE OTHER ONE. Even your engineer said the mobile signal was poor in my house... Can i award this 0 stars please. Previously, Cannot get google play to download this. Always fails. Other app updates downloading fine. Come on virgin you can do it. For the previous version see comment above.
Can't get out Echo the comments of another user, if it ain't bust don't fix it. I am having to dump this app once I select out I can't exit the app. Restart the phone doesn't always clear it. First use they give an authentication error and instruct you to turn Wi-Fi off and get a strong 3g or 4g signal. Strong signal on virgin, that's a laugh.
Needs a lot of work After the update it's much better, but still feels like just a wrapper for their website. Also not much can be really done within the app itself. Most 'options' are just info telling you to login online to do changes.
What happen? Wow new face. Wow its not working. Fixed? broken? Updated? Now I cant use WiFi to access the App. Do need to authenticate over "a strong 3G or 4G network". Forced to use internet over (PAYG)Virgin network instead of WiFi. Stopped working for me: 5 stars before, -5 stars now
Irritating - and badly named. Works OK, but the monthly "switch off wifi" thing to get it to work drives me mad. And I have well over a hundred installed apps, and for those I use rarely, like this one, I use the app search facility. But what to search for? "Virgin"? No, that doesn't work. "Mobile"? "Network"? Nope. Because its Android name is the uselessly generic "My Account". How am I supposed to remember that? Hopeless.
