app is unstable. parts of screen / menu don't appear and shown as grey shaded boxes. this is not the first time. same happened few months ago, their technical team had to work on it. Can't renew now as auto renew field doesn't appear. maybe time to switch anyway?

Painful app experience. It is slow like a snail. I asked support on how to enable automatic renewal on my home internet, but enabling automatic renewal is not available even when wallet is already charged and set as default payment option. I think support is relying on old app option to respond to required information ?

I booked a Virgin Home WiFi connection based on their promise of delivery and activation within 60 minutes. However, after making the payment, I was informed that there were technical issues and that it would take 48 hours to resolve. Later, when I contacted customer care again, I was told that the connection cannot be established at all, without providing any clear reason. I am now struggling to get my refund processed, which has made the experience even more frustrating.
