The app is full of bugs. You can't use it keep coming something went wrong. Or ssl link error or something else. When you contact customer care simple answer delete and reinstall the app. I have did 100 times and same. As well you can't monitor each number usage history even though you own it. Answer is for security reason it's not allowed. They think we spy on our own numbers great invention and security mesure. Plans seems good but not attractive like Etisalat/Five or Du

Disappointing. After paying the 12month subscription, my account was automatically changed to PAYG and didn't get the extra data bundled with the plan that I chose. I tried in-app and info@virginmobile but both asks for screenshots which was their default response and also impossible to produce as the problem occured after the payment was made.

Code probably written by Elbonians. Since getting 5G home internet, the app does not let me do anything with my main number which disappeared, and tells me that I have unlimited data which is not true. Upload images button not working in the chat. Piece of rubbish, but you have no choice but try to use it if you are with Virgin. Pathetic. And thanks for the response below because it solved all my problems at once. Now the app refuses to open altogether, which is great 👍
