After the recent app update, I had to reactivate my lines dye to a glitch and unfortunately, all my SIMs lost their data and minutes. I've been in touch with customer service for over a month trying to resolve the issue. Only today was I told that there’s nothing they can do. Response times from the contact centre and email support have been quite slow. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, this has been disappointing. I genuinely hope they improve their service moving forward

The Virgin mobile service is pretty good while remaining competitive. The app, however, is simply awful. It's totally unintuitive. Everything keeps getting moved around, so you can't find what you're looking for from one visit to the next. I'm currently in an area with poor Internet, and the app is insisting on updating before I can use it. Why can it not work until it's updated?

terrible customer service. constantly just say 'we're awaiting updates'. I've been without internet for 10 days and no one has made any attempts to fix or offer compensation. will recommend everyone I know to avoid at all costs. internet service when working was ok, not great. same for phones signal. better companies available.
