I booked a Virgin Home WiFi connection based on their promise of delivery and activation within 60 minutes. However, after making the payment, I was informed that there were technical issues and that it would take 48 hours to resolve. Later, when I contacted customer care again, I was told that the connection cannot be established at all, without providing any clear reason. I am now struggling to get my refund processed, which has made the experience even more frustrating.

Purchased Data Roaming, and it didn't work. Spoke with customer support, who informed me that I didn't have the APN correct (settings are identical to my husband's). But, they couldn't tell me what was wrong. Asked for a refund and was told that Data Roaming was non-refundable. Asked for a credit and was told: I understand how you feel. I understand that this can be challenging. No, you don't. Stop patronising me. Just fix it. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer support 😞

Absolutely horrible app. It crashes or gives you errors and the customer service through the app are always taking too long to reply. 1 and 1/2 hour on my last ticket. Avoid it Edit: They reply under your review just for the reply to show that they "care". I sent the email as requested and of course nobody replied to me. I wish there were negative stars just so I can properly review this specific app
