am very disappointed with the password reset process and customer support experience. When I select "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" in the application, a password reset link is sent to my registered email address. However, when I click the link, it redirects me to the Virgin home page and asks me to download the app. Since I already have the app installed, clicking the app link takes me to the Play Store instead of allowing me to reset my password. As a result, I am unable to change paswd

Virgin Mobile UAE is a joke. The internet crashes more than it works, speeds are painfully slow, and mobile data disappears incredibly fast. Downloading a PS game took over 24 hours. Service starts off fine but gradually gets worse. Constant disconnections and poor performance make this the worst and most frustrating internet providers I've used.

I booked a Virgin Home WiFi connection based on their promise of delivery and activation within 60 minutes. However, after making the payment, I was informed that there were technical issues and that it would take 48 hours to resolve. Later, when I contacted customer care again, I was told that the connection cannot be established at all, without providing any clear reason. I am now struggling to get my refund processed, which has made the experience even more frustrating.
