My bill is due for renewal and the app has crashed and I'm suddenly discovering there is NO OTHER WAY to pay! The website reverts to the app, which isn't working!; there is no customer service number, which I couldn't call if there were because I don't have service; all they offer is email, but I will not be able to respond to an email as I'm out today and WON'T HAVE SERVICE! Its a joke. Long time customer of Virgin but, for the first time, I'm thinking it might just be easier to switch🤦🏽‍

Network coverage is horrible in most parts of the UAE, even in areas of good coverage anyone with Etisalat has 20 to 40 times the speed, speed tests were done!!! APP glitches are insane, happens more often than not!!! Especially when running low on data and wanting to top up!!! Citizens of the UAE if you dont want issues with your network use a different provider preferably Etisalat!!!

Worst App. Customer Service is very worst. Using this app is very difficult. 1st of all, check the coverage before buying home internet from them, I see frequent drop in the net connection and some times it has buffering issue. For any issue reaching customer service is only via chat and it's really worst. App is not user friendly. Better choose other operators for internet. I would like to surrender the plan and ask for the refund if possible because it's not like what Etisalat/Du offers.
