I booked a Virgin Home WiFi connection based on their promise of delivery and activation within 60 minutes. However, after making the payment, I was informed that there were technical issues and that it would take 48 hours to resolve. Later, when I contacted customer care again, I was told that the connection cannot be established at all, without providing any clear reason. I am now struggling to get my refund processed, which has made the experience even more frustrating.

very bad experience, when there is a problem you don't know to whom you should talk , the application agent is useless, even you talk to robots is much better , they mentioned in the renewal updates i will get 14+6 data , after renewal i got only 14 , they said you should receive an email , and its only for new user , while its cleary mentioned in the app . for last 5 days i talked to 4 agents without positive feedback. i asked them to cancel the contract they refused to refund the amount .

Very disappointed with Virgin Mobile App & Home Internet The Virgin Mobile app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It always has technical issues, keeps crashing, and never works when you need it. I am using their home internet service as well, and it has been completely unreliable. The connection is slow, unstable, and recently they even stopped my internet. What’s even worse is the zero response from their support team. No follow-up, no help, no proper customer servic
